Mark your calendars! The second annual ALICE FEST is Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Center for Documentary Studies auditorium at 1317 West Pettigrew Street in Durham, North Carolina. Directions: click HERE.
Come early for the reception at 1:30 p.m. with refreshments and the opportunity to socialize and network with filmmakers and film/media enthusiasts. Screenings start at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.

ALICE FEST is a film festival presented each year in March in conjunction with Women’s History Month. The festival showcases curated and submitted work by women and girls with a special emphasis on women’s history and achievements. ALICE FEST screens short docs, experimental films, documentary works-in-progress and multimedia projects on a wide range of topics related to or featuring women.
Co-sponsors and supporters are: The Alice Project, the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University, the Southern Documentary Fund and the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.
