DON’T FORGET TO SET YOUR CLOCKS AHEAD before you go to bed on Saturday, March 9th.  You don’t want to miss even a minute of ALICE FEST on Sunday!

Mark your calendars!  The second annual ALICE FEST is Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Center for Documentary Studies auditorium at 1317 West Pettigrew Street in Durham, North Carolina.   Directions:  click HERE.

Come early for the reception at 1:30 p.m. with refreshments and the opportunity to socialize and network with filmmakers and film/media enthusiasts.  Screenings start at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.

There is no charge to attend but due to limited seating, please reserve a ticket by sending your name to:  infoAliceFest @ gmail.com.

ALICE FEST  is a film festival presented each year in March in conjunction with Women’s History Month.  The festival showcases curated and submitted work by women and girls with a special emphasis on women’s history and achievements.  ALICE FEST  screens short docs, experimental films, documentary works-in-progress and multimedia projects on a wide range of topics related to or featuring women.

Co-sponsors and supporters are:  The Alice Project, the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University, the Southern Documentary Fund and the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.
